We created the “My Account/Login” tab to help you view and manage your online bookings. You can find this tag at the top of Geoota Travel’s homepage. You will be asked to log in using your registered e-mail and password. In this part, you will be able to view all the previous and upcoming bookings linked to your account.
Please click on the “Forgot Password” on the website’s login page and follow the steps. A link to set a new password will send to the e-mail you used in registering on the site for the first time.
Yes, you can make bookings without login or registration on the website, but we encourage you to register to receive special offers and prices and to add points to your account.
Yes, you can choose between booking on our website or over the telephone. Please contact our call center or email us, and our experts will gladly make the booking on your behalf.

Once you have completed the booking procedures, a confirmation page will appear. Plus, a confirmation email with all your booking information will send to you. You can also view all the bookings you have made with us online at the “My Account” section at the top of our homepage. After login, you can review your itinerary and print additional copies of your booking-confirmation voucher to ease your check-in process.
If the confirmation page does not correctly appear or the confirmation e-mail is not sent within an hour of your booking (rarely happens), please contact our call center or email us to confirm your booking and send you the booking information.
You do not need to re-confirm any of your bookings either with us or with the hotel directly. If you have any inquiries related to your booking before your departure, please contact our call center team who will be happy to help.
Many payment methods accepted in Egypt, like credit cards (VISA or MasterCard). The client can also benefit from the installment service (depends on its availability by the bank issuing the card and match our payment methods). We also give our customers the classic option to pay by Wire bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
Guarantee your booking, a credit card needed in most cases. However, you can book without a credit card; and you can pay for your booking by the wire transfer to one of our bank accounts.
You can modify/cancel your previous booking at any time, bearing in mind that the price and the availability of modifying the reservation, the change of date or cancellation depend entirely on the terms and conditions of the airlines, hotels, and suppliers you chose.
Sometimes, additional service fees may impose on changing the date/cancellation concerning the terms and conditions of the airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
Some vendors allow making small changes in the spelling of the names in the booking, but they do not allow making drastic changes to these names after the booking is confirmed. If you noticed any spelling mistake in the names and you want to fix it, please contact our call center or email us and request that the change made. Our agents will ask you about the names you want to fix, but we cannot guarantee that all suppliers will accept editing the names after confirming the booking, as this is entirely up to them. Some fees may impose for writing the new names, so we recommend that you enter the correct names that match those in the passports to avoid any problems.
It is optional to add your middle name when booking online; most of the suppliers mainly request your first and last name, which is written on the booking invoice, while keeping a note of your middle name in their system.
For example, if the name entered as follows: First Name: Moustafa, Middle Name: Abdelhamid, and Last Name: Debdib will write on the e-ticket or the booking invoice as Moustafa/Debdib; meanwhile if the name entered as follows: First Name: Moustafa Abdelhamid, and Last Name: Debdib, it will be written on the e-ticket or the booking invoice as Moustafa Abdelhamid/Debdib.
We do not have fixed deadlines for canceling bookings; every booking has its cancellation policy mentioned in the booking procedure. Kindly review the cancellation policy before agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Typically, you need to apply to the local Egyptian Embassy or Consulate-General for a pre-entry tourist visa but if you are from the USA, UK, and EU, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia and Singapore you can get your tourist E-Visa Online / upon arrival in Egypt at any of the Egyptian ports of entry.

If you hold a residence permit in the country you live in, you can apply to the Egyptian Embassy/Consulate General in that country; otherwise, you have to apply to the state that issued your passport.
Though many nationalities are exempt from requiring a visa for the many Sinai resorts, a full tourist visa is required if you come to any place in Egypt that lies to the west of the Red Sea/Suez Canal.

Yes, as soon as you leave Egypt, your visa will be stamped, and so you will require another one. If you are from a country that can get their permission upon arrival in Egypt, you can get the new one when you re-enter the country, but if you require a pre-entry visa, you should apply for 2 of these, using the second one when you re-enter Egypt.
Many people think nonstop and direct flights are interchangeable terms, but there are differences between the two.
A nonstop flight does as its name suggests: flies from one airport to another without stopping.
A direct flight, on the other hand, makes (so-called technical) stops along the way.
Often, passengers traveling on direct flights make a stop at a midpoint airport and remain seated on the plane while some passengers exit and others board.
An itinerary with connecting flights requires passengers to change planes at a midpoint airport, which may be in a different terminal or on a different airline.
A tourist visa can extend if required.
To do this, you have to apply to the new headquarters of the General Directorate of Passports, Immigration, and Nationality, in Abbasiya Square, or the equivalent offices in Alexandria, Luxor, or Sharm El-Sheikh.

  • Check you want a return trip or one way (it is defaulted to return).

  • After a short wait, you will view the results page (the cheapest fares from each of the airlines that fly to your destination).
  • When you have decided the flight suits you best, click the ‘Select’ button.
  • After another short wait, you will see the screen where you will see your flight selection, a choice of possible travel extras that are available. When you are OK to pay, click the ‘Book Now’ button.
  • After a short wait, you will take to a booking page where you can verify your options and enter your credit card details. Click the ‘Pay Now’ button. These may sound like a lot, but it’s much simpler when you try it out!

The e-ticket is an electronic document with a unique confirmation number that replaces the paper ticket. It is a paperless ticketing system whereby the card holds in the airline’s database, and it can retrieve at any time. E-tickets cannot be lost or used by anyone else, so they are safer than standard paper tickets.
When you purchase a ticket, we e-mail it to you within 48 hours of your booking. Print it out and bring it with you along with your passport and valid visa when checking for your flight. The passenger will provide with an e-ticket receipt instead of a paper ticket.
No, this is not possible. All airlines now make use of the e-ticket system, and all the tickets that we issue are e-tickets.
One of the following identification documents must present. The journey is confirmed.
– Passport (must be available on all international flights).

Vendors do not allow transferring your ticket or booking to another traveler; in this case, you have to cancel your original booking and make a new one.
Yes, you need a Passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return, and some countries require that you have at least one blank page in your passport.
As Visa regulations differ from country to country, please call the respective Embassy directly. Please note that you might need a transit visa for specific countries or if you transit for longer than 8 hours.

If you would like to a seat request, please contact our call center or email us your request. We will ask on your behalf to the airline you’re flying with and advise you of the procedures and charges by e-mail. Please note that seat requests confirmed by the airline and cannot be guaranteed and that some airlines do not allow pre-seating at all. Most airlines reserve their exit row seats for their Gold members or make them only available at check-in. Bulk seats behind a divider usually reserved for parents traveling with infants as baby baskets can be attached to the wall, but remaining places can be requested directly at check-in. Please note that we cannot guarantee these services as the confirmation of your requests depends on the airline. In some cases, the airline charges a fee, which we will have to charge you additional, or it might be possible to pay the airline directly before check-in.
Most airlines offer meals onboard long haul flights (flights with a duration of more than 6 hours) as part of the plane. Only a few airlines provide menus and charge for their meals on board, especially on short-haul flights or domestic/regional flights. Sometimes a light snack is served, and if not, you will be able to purchase food on board. If you are traveling on a long-haul flight and would like to request a select, please contact our call center or email us your request.
Please note that a special meal needs to be requested at least 72 hours before departure and that we cannot guarantee this service as the confirmation of your requests depends on the airline.

Only a few Airlines still require this to be done but as a safety measure, we strongly recommend that you call the Airline directly at least 72 hours prior to departure to reconfirm your flight and ensure that no changes were made to your itinerary – especially for your return flight as the Airlines struggle to reach their passengers when they are at their destination.
We recommend all travelers to carry a copy of the e-ticket and show it with the ID/Passport as it makes travel proceedings easier and quicker.
The time to arrive at the airport varies between airlines, departure airport, and destination, but here are some tips for completing travel proceedings:
International flights: travel proceedings should be completed at least 3 hours before departure time.
Domestic flights: travel proceedings should be completed 2 hours before departure time.
Make sure you arrive at the airport in good time before boarding to avoid overcrowding at the passport-checking area and security screening. Remember that the screening process takes a long time, and this can cause a delay in reaching the boarding gate; some airports are enormous that it takes 30 minutes to reach the boarding gate.

The rules vary between different airlines, and it also depends on the arrival destination.
Please note that some airlines don’t have a baggage allowance as a free part of the airfare and charge all luggage’s additionally per kilogram or bag. The best way to check what applies is to visit the website of the airline.

The cancellation terms of the supplier and Geoota Travel will apply, and the due amount deposited into the client’s account after deducting the cancellation fees, if the booking is refundable, since some reservations cannot be refunded.
