Start your day by the return to ancient Egyptian time with this fantastic tour to Luxor highlights.
Firstly, visit and explore Amun-Re's temple at Karnak Temple; it was called Ipet-isu or "The most select of places" and contains a vast mix of ruined temples, pylons, chapels, and other buildings.
Karnak Temple is arguably the largest and most intricate religious site of the ancient world ever made, learning more about Luxor temple and how the Sphinx avenue connected these two temples.
Continue to drive by your air-conditioned vehicle to watch Gigantic Luxor Temple's glory known as ipet resyt ("the southern harem"). Learn more about the most important religious festivals of ancient Egypt – the annual Opet Festival.
Lunch will serve at a local restaurant.
It's time to see the Valley of the Kings, situated on Thebes' ancient site in the west bank; the Valley of Kings is the old burial ground of many of Egypt's New Kingdom rulers. An awe-inspiring sight! There, you will find Tutankhamen's tomb, which was discovered almost intact in 1922, and Ramses IV's tomb, among others.
A ticket will allow you are visiting 3 of the 63 tombs on-site, except Tutankhamen's tomb, which requires an additional ticket.
Proceed near the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, also known as Deir El-Bahari, dedicated to Amon-Ra, the sun god. Designed by a genius architect named Senemut, the temple is unique as it was intended like classical architecture.
Note the long, colonnaded terrace: 97 ft high, pylons, courts, and hypostyle hall, while Inside, you will see the sun court, chapel, and sanctuary.
On the way back, you will watch the gigantic Colossi of Memnon, two statues representing King Amenhotep III of the Egypt 18th Dynasty, sat at his temple's doors. When exploring the site, you will see several statues and figures, the temple's structure, and the remaining column bases.
Finally, drive-by air-conditioned vehicle back to your hotel in Luxor.

A. When and where does the tour start/end?
Your tour will start/conclude your hotel as its private daily tour for approximately 08 hours from 08.00 AM till 05.00 PM.
B. Do you arrange an entrance inside King Tut Tomb?
Yes, this tour visits the Valley of the Kings. However, some clients who wish to enter inside some Tombs, especially the King Tut Tomb (against charge), should indicate booking to pick them up earlier and purchase tickets directly on site.
C. Do you arrange airport transfers?
Private airport transfers are when you and your travel companions order pre-booked transportation to your destination. Airport transfer fees usually start at about $10 per person one way. In other words, it is not in this tour fare; you can expect to pay at least an additional $20 per person for transportation to and from the airport. Typically, you are met at Luxor airport by a Geoota Travel driver & Guide holding signs with names outside of the arrival hall's baggage claim.
